I was told by my doctor my test results were off the chart, she even sent me back for more tests every quarter to try and pinpoint the cause(s).
I thought I better lose some weight and see the results when I go back for my next quarterly tests. I did some research and found MB. I even talked to a friend who sells vitamins. Of course, with anything new, it's worth a try. I've tried many fad diets in the past to lose a few pounds fast, some of which claimed to be safe turned out to be unhealthy for some (I was that some). I found 2-other pill diets shot my blood-pressure up so high, I was literally on medical watch.
After I stopped those other diets, I simply gave-up again, because of fear of what's unhealthy. But I had to do something. I needed to suppress my appetite and needed the energy and had to lose weight. I lost 50+ lbs and kept it off using MB. I didn't do any exercising (as I do now). I didn't crave as much nor stuffed my face. I followed the pill plan accordingly.
I used to be so exhausted before, now after a year, I have reduced my pill plan, still get energized, exercise more. With my health risks, I have changed my diet to incorporate healthier habits. So even though it does not work for some, it worked GREAT for me.
I have since gone back to my doctor bi-annually; she's amazed I kept it off, as she didn't recognize me and managed to do more to control my weight and live a healthier life. All my tests come out clean now, I was even on the MB plan during the tests with my doctor. However I did not tell her I was taking anything.

Customer Rating: Summary: closing in on a 100 pounds Comment: This product is not the whole reason for 100 pounds gone, but great appetite control and do seem to lose more while on it. This with a good diet (I'm using US Government food pyramid, portion control and walking twice a day about 2 to 3 miles each time. Gave up elevators at work, and not fast food. A combination of all of it is definitely the key, but Miracle Burn does help with the cravings and controling the appetite.
