Summary: Curvelle definitely helps, I do recommend.
Comment: I have tried several appetite suppresant / energy boosters, actually I have tried MANY. I always revert back to Curvelle, it seriously helps with appetite suppresing and give me the boost I need to get through my day without the high then the low feeling. I start with only 1 pill twice a day, then I move up to only taking 3 a day, and that is what works for me. You don't always have to take these pills as directed, especially if they affect you different. And everyone is different. I haven't lost a significant amount of weight on these pills, but I have been slacking a bit on my exercise. These pills combines with exercise will definitely help you lose weight.

Summary: Curvelle: Not Worth It
Comment: I actually purchased several months of this product because I saw it got rave reviews from WOMEN:S First (one of my favorite magazines). The aftertaste is just gross; I could taste this horribly bitter/citrus flavor after ingesting the pill, even hours after taking it. After 6 months of using Curvelle, I decided to quit taking this stuff. I didn't lose any weight, I didn't notice my hunger decreasing, I felt jittery, and my stomach was upset after taking it. Plus, the cost for this stuff adds up and you could probably get a decent gym membership with the monthly bill. Again, every person has a different body and reactions, but Curvelle simply didn't work for me, and I imagine it won't make some of the promises it advertised.

Summary: energy, but no weight loss
Comment: This does seem to take the edge off of my cravings and I do have more energy. But, I can't take 2 at a time without getting jittery and queasy ---it feels like taking ibuprofen on an empty stomach. I have tried taking them an hour apart, but no difference. I have been taking them for 3 weeks, exercising, watching what I eat and I haven't lost a pound. I will continue taking them 1 at a time just for the effect of curbing my binging urges.

Summary: Definitely an appetite suppressant!
Comment: This has killed my appetite. I work in an office where there are sweets everywhere, every day. The girl next to me has my favorite cake on her ledge, free for the taking & I'm able to ignore it. Why? When I take my Curvelle, NOTHING sounds good. So, if nothing sounds good, why eat high calorie/high fat foods?!? I am able to eat a healthy breakfast, lunch & dinner without feeling like I'm missing out on fattening food!
I am a carboholic and I find myself surprised at my ability to do a low carb diet!!! I LOVE YOU CURVELLE!

Summary: Just horrible
Comment: I bought this after reading some reviews on a website that were good. Well I was wrong. It made me so sick and sleepy. I wanted energy not to be tired. I even eat very healthy and exercise so there was no reason for the sleep-yness and sickness that this pill caused. I tried it for a week then had to stop.
